The number of corona virus patients in India has crossed 10 million, with new cases being the lowest in the last three months.
According to Arab News, 25,152 new cases of corona have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours, up from 100,000 in September.
The number of corona cases in India is one per cent of its total population of 1.3 billion, the second highest number of people infected with the virus after the United States.
The Indian Ministry of Health says another 347 people have died from the corona virus in the country in the past 24 hours. Thus, the number of deaths due to the epidemic in India has reached one lakh 45 thousand 136.
India is one of the largest vaccine makers and five companies are currently conducting various vaccine trials in the country.
